David Everritt has been self-employed since he was 22 years old. He started out in the health and fitness industry working at a health club right out of high school. After a few years he opened his first business The Unique Physique Aerobic Studio. He sold that two years later and took over a health club in Pensacola Florida and ran it for over eight years. During that time, he had bought a dilapidated turn of the century home that was docketed for demolition. Over a nine-year period he gutted the house and meticulously restored the home. He realized he enjoyed saving at risk historical homes more than he enjoyed running a health club so he sold the health club and the “Pensacola Historic Dream Cottages” was born! Over the last 30 plus years he has restored over 60 historical homes in Pensacola. Many people kept asking him for help with real-estate so he became a Real-estate Broker and “A Red Door Property” was born.  David’s strong points is creatively crafting win-win deals for purchasing destressed real-estate and after doing exceptional restorations, then creates Cash flow streams out of the now Beautiful properties.
